Date night was a success! The rain held off for our walk to and from Del Frisco’s. Bruce got the largest tomahawk steak I’ve ever seen in person, and my filet was cooked to perfection. It was our first time at the restaurant, and it has such cool architecture. It was once a bank and even has the original vault on the lower level that’s now used for private events and dining. If you haven’t been, it’s definitely worth the visit. I’d say it’s a step up from Capital Grille and very similar in price.

☑️ telling sellers the truth even when it’s uncomfortable
☑️ talking buyers OUT of bad decisions
☑️ checking permits, roofs, septic issues, oil tanks, flood zones, HOA drama, and inspection reports like she’s building a criminal case file
☑️ getting emotionally attached to front porches, old hardwood floors, and homes with “good bones”
☑️ refusing to play “just unlock the door” without an actual strategy first
☑️ becoming aggressively protective of her clients during negotiations 👀
Witnesses say the situation escalated after another agent allegedly said:
“Your clients ask too many questions.”
Sources confirm Val Gallagher responded:
“Correct. That’s how people avoid expensive mistakes.” 🏡💅
