I don’t usually say these things but I have to get this off my chest. 😂
If you’re an agent and come at me with the “I’ve been doing this 25, 35, 45 years” nonsense, you 1000% lose any and all credibility with me.
Just because you’ve been doing something for 30 years doesn’t mean you’re good at it. 🤷🏼♀️
I’ve had THREE agents do this to me recently and, because I’m me, I looked. 👀
In the last 365 days, not one of them sold more than 3-4 homes. 🤦🏼♀️
Listen, experience matters. I’m not saying it doesn’t.
But the number of years you’ve had a real estate license doesn’t automatically make you right. And it definitely doesn’t mean you know more than everyone who came after you.
If you know what you’re doing, I’ll know.
You don’t need to tell me how many years you’ve been doing it.

Hello, September…🍂
My birthday month, the unofficial start of fall (give me ALL the pumpkin 🎃 things, especially the coffee), and the time of year when everyone suddenly starts talking about turning over a new leaf.
So, sure. I’ll turn over a new leaf.🍁
But I’m keeping some of my old personality. 😂
I’m looking forward to cooler weather, football, hoodies, boots, my birthday, leaves changing colors and pretending I’m going to become one of those people who decorates beautifully for fall instead of buying three pumpkins and calling it a day.
New month. New season. Another trip around the sun coming up. ☀️
Will I be turning over a new leaf? Absolutely.
Will I still have opinions, say what everyone else is thinking and occasionally get on someone’s nerves?
Also absolutely.
I said a new leaf. I didn’t say a new personality. 😂🍁
